Priscilla has 20+ years of experience providing financial and operational leadership to a combination of large global organizations, pre-IPO private equity sponsored entities, and Big-4 assurance. During her career, Priscilla has advised and executed transaction and M&A advisory, SEC Reporting, IPO-readiness and system and process implementation for Restaurants Brands International (NYSE: QSR), Laureate Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: LAUR), Cyxtera Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYXT), and Appgate, Inc. (OTC: APGT), amongst others.

Priscilla founded PPR with the vision of providing a high quality, executive level service at a price point that makes economic sense for high growth, emerging businesses that want flexibility, quality and adaptability. Career Highlights:

IPO Preparedness / SOX: Led the IPO preparedness and SOX implementation for Appgate. Participated in the IPO preparedness and SOX implementation for Cyxtera and Laureate.
M&A / Integration: Integrated numerous domestic and international acquisitions and prepared SEC filings for these acquisitions where applicable.
IPO / SPAC / Mergers / Carve Outs: Led accounting workstream for Appgate reverse recapitalization merger and carve out from Cyxtera. Led reporting workstream for Cyxtera’s SPAC transaction. Worked in numerous other pre-IPO initiatives at several multinationals.
Technical Accounting / SEC Reporting: ASC 606 and 842 implementations for Appgate, Cyxtera and RBI.
ERP & Financial Systems Assessments and Implementations, including SAP and CoStar.
